Albert Reed was an actor who enjoyed a successful career in Hollywood. He started out with notable appearances in Airport (1970), Chase (NBC, 1972–73), and the comedic film Where Does It Hurt? (1972), which starred Peter Sellers. As his career progressed, Albert Reed took on roles in Isis (1975–78), Kingston: The Power Play (NBC, 1976–77), and the lighthearted movie A Piece of the Action (1977), where he worked alongside Sidney Poitier. In addition to these projects, Albert Reed was also seen in the critically acclaimed series Roots: The Next Generations (1978–79). Toward the later part of his professional journey, he appeared in A Matter of Life and Death (CBS, 1980–81), further showcasing his talent and versatility as a performer.
