During his career, he made a name for himself as a dominant center, and in 1993, he earned the honor of being named a CBA All-Star while suiting up for the Rapid City Thrillers—definitely one of the highlights of his time on the court. Before all the fame and accolades, he attended Joel E. Ferris High School in Spokane, Washington, where his talent first began to shine. After high school, he moved on to college, enrolling at the University of Montana in 1985 as a freshman, where he continued developing his skills. Off the court, he leads a grounded life with his wife Lisa and their two daughters. Interestingly, Lisa also has a basketball background, having played during her college years, which adds a special connection between them.
