She’s an accomplished actress who’s made a name for herself across numerous television shows, earning recognition that includes a Genie Award nomination for her standout performance in the 2001 Canadian film Lost and Delirious. Before she rose to fame, she dedicated over a decade—12 years, to be exact—to the Winnipeg Rusalka Ukrainian dance group, where she honed her discipline and stage presence. On top of that, she trained in jazz at the prestigious Royal Winnipeg Ballet School, building a strong artistic foundation early on. In 1996, she married Manolin Kourtikakis, a skilled carpenter, and together they’ve built a life centered around family.
