MiniBio

The singer first gained recognition as the frontman of the rock band Snot, where his powerful vocals helped shape the group’s signature sound. He became widely known for his work on the band’s debut album, Get Some, which received positive attention in the rock scene. Tragically, his promising career was cut short when he passed away in a car accident on December 11, 1998. He was only 30 years old at the time, and his death led to the eventual disbandment of Snot.

Before he found fame, he began his musical journey playing bass in a thrash metal band called Lethal Dose. This early experience helped him develop his stage presence and deepen his connection to heavy music. He was born in Manhasset, New York, but relocated to Santa Barbara during his teenage years, a move that would ultimately influence his path into the music world.

Trivia

Snot paid homage by creating a tribute album called Strait Up, which includes the heartfelt track “Angel’s Son” dedicated in his memory.
