She’s best known as a Top Fuel dragster driver for Don Schumacher Racing, where she’s made a major impact on the NHRA circuit. Before joining Don Schumacher Racing, she raced with Bob Vandergriff Racing—an opportunity that came to an end when the team shut down in 2016. Throughout her career, she’s proven herself time and again, earning recognition as a three-time National Event Pro Mod Winner and also claiming the title of NHRA Nostalgia FC Champion. Her journey in motorsports started early—she began driving junior dragsters at just eight years old. Over the next eight years in amateur racing, she racked up an impressive 37 wins, setting the stage for her professional success. Born to Linda and Ron Pruett, she grew up alongside her sister Lindsey, who has also been a supportive part of her life. In 2013, she married Gary Pritchett, who works as a crew member for fellow drag racer Steve Torrence. Her story—with Don Schumacher Racing and beyond—continues to inspire fans and aspiring racers alike.
During the 2017 racing season, she had the support of major sponsors like Papa John’s and FireAide 2000, which really helped boost her presence on the track. She was proud to represent these brands throughout the season, and their backing played a key role in her performance. It was definitely a standout year for her, with partnerships that added both visibility and credibility. She often spoke about how much she appreciated the opportunities they provided, especially as she continued pushing forward in such a competitive field.
