Lahmard Tate is an actor who has made a number of memorable appearances on the big screen throughout his Hollywood journey. Early in his career, Lahmard Tate made his mark with roles in films such as Barfly (1987), starring Mickey Rourke and Faye Dunaway, and later appeared in Across the Tracks (1991), a film featuring Ricky Schroder. He also took part in Jason’s Lyric (1994), sharing the screen with Allen Payne and Jada Pinkett Smith.

In addition to his work in film, Lahmard Tate expanded his acting experience into television, with a role in the Showtime special Without a Pass (1991–92). He also appeared in the Fox TV movie Seeds of Tragedy (1990–91) and was seen in the television series Roc (Fox, 1990–94), which helped further establish his presence in the entertainment industry.

As his career progressed, Lahmard Tate continued to be active in both film and television.
