Known widely by his larger-than-life persona, The L.A. Beast, he’s made a name for himself as both a professional competitive eater and a dynamic YouTube personality. On his popular channel, skippy62able, The L.A. Beast takes on outrageous eating and drinking challenges that seem almost superhuman—earning him a massive following of over 3.2 million subscribers. His content, often wild and always entertaining, has solidified The L.A. Beast as a standout figure in the world of online food entertainment.
Before rising to fame as The L.A. Beast, he had a very different path. He played college football at Fordham University, showing early dedication and discipline. After college, The L.A. Beast spent two years working at Pepsi, gaining corporate experience before fully diving into the world of viral stunts and competitive eating. Originally from Ridgewood, New Jersey, The L.A. Beast eventually moved to Los Angeles, chasing bigger opportunities, and ultimately settled in Santa Monica, California, where much of his content is filmed today. He also shares a close bond with his sister, Liz, who’s been part of his journey behind the scenes.
He developed some seriously unhealthy eating habits not long after discovering he could chug an entire gallon of milk without feeling the least bit ill. One of his first major feats in this direction was devouring Fatburger’s XXXXXL monster burger, a challenge that many would find daunting.
