The owner and digital marketing consultant behind Platobrand, he’s built a solid reputation for helping social influencers and small businesses grow their online presence. On top of that, he gained widespread attention for his viral sensation “Disney Love Medley,” which beautifully blends beloved tracks like “I See the Light” from Tangled, “You’ll Be in My Heart” from Tarzan, and “Go the Distance” from Hercules. Before all the fame, he spent time at Rock Valley College between 2010 and 2011. That dedication paid off when he earned a performance scholarship to join the University of Kentucky’s Percussion Studio in 2011. While there, he balanced his passion for music with academics, eventually earning a BA in business management from the Gatton College of Business.
Originally born in Rockford, Illinois, he made the big move to Kentucky for college, setting the stage for what would come next. After graduation, he headed west, eventually settling in Los Angeles, California—a city that’s become a hub for creators and entrepreneurs like him. In May 2016, he got engaged to his longtime girlfriend Kirstin Maldonado, but after some reflection, they decided to go their separate ways in October 2017. Life took a new turn in 2019 when he started dating Lauren Riihimaki, better known as LaurDIY. Their relationship blossomed over the years, and in December 2022, he popped the question—engagement number two, and this time, it led straight to the altar. The couple tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony in April 2024, marking a joyful new chapter in his life.
Throughout it all, he’s stayed grounded, using his experiences to fuel both his personal growth and professional success. Whether he’s working with clients through Platobrand or sharing moments from his journey, he continues to make an impact—one step at a time.
He stepped into the spotlight as a soloist during season four of The Sing-Off back in 2013, performing alongside the talented group the acoUstiKats. That moment really put him on the map. He, being the driven and community-minded individual he is, also made a big impact offstage. In his role as president of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity, he took the initiative to found a charity event known as University Idol. He believed in giving students a platform to showcase their talents while raising funds for meaningful causes. Through it all, he stayed committed to leadership and service, proving that he’s not just about performance—but purpose too.
