Jace Norman, born in New Mexico, made a big move to Southern California during his elementary school years—a shift that would eventually set the stage for an exciting career in entertainment. It was around that time that Jace Norman first discovered his passion for acting, and it didn’t take long for him to dive right in. At just 12 years old, Jace Norman attended his very first audition and, impressively, landed a guest role on the popular Disney Channel series Jessie (2011–2015). That early success seemed to spark something, as he quickly followed up with a small part in an episode of Deadtime Stories on Nickelodeon (2012–13).
Then came another guest appearance—this time on The Thundermans (Nickelodeon, 2014–), where Jace Norman played a supporting character in a show centered around a family of superheroes trying to live a normal life while keeping their powers under wraps. Clearly, the world of action and adventure suited him well. So much so, in fact, that in 2014, Jace Norman stepped into the spotlight as the lead in Nickelodeon’s new superhero series Henry Danger. In the show, Jace Norman portrayed Henry Hart, a 13-year-old who lands a job as Kid Danger, sidekick to the fearless Captain Man. The role was a perfect fit and quickly made Jace Norman a household name among young audiences.
His charm and talent didn’t go unnoticed. By 2015, Jace Norman took on the lead role(s) in the Nickelodeon TV movie Splitting Adam, which leaned into sci-fi fantasy when his character, Adam, accidentally clones himself—and soon discovers that having multiple versions of himself might actually solve all his problems. Thanks to his growing popularity at Nickelodeon, Jace Norman began branching out into other creative ventures. He lent his voice to the main character in Spark, an animated film featuring a spirited monkey, and also starred as the lead in Manny’s Best Friend, directed by Savage Steve Holland. Both projects were highly anticipated and scheduled for release in 2016, further solidifying Jace Norman’s place as one of the most promising young talents in the industry.
When it comes to Jace Norman’s career highlights, one standout moment is his involvement in Rufus (2016), which ended up being his highest rated film to date. It’s interesting how certain projects really resonate with audiences, and in Jace Norman’s case, Rufus definitely made a mark. On the other hand, not every project hits the same high notes—take Spark: A Space Tail (2016), for example. That particular movie received much lower ratings compared to others in Jace Norman’s filmography. While both films came out in the same year, they clearly had very different receptions. Still, it’s all part of the journey, and Jace Norman continues to grow as a performer.
