A professional defender by trade, he made his mark early on as a standout player coming out of the University of Michigan. Selected in the fourth round of the 2020 NHL Entry Draft by the New Jersey Devils, his journey to the pros began long before that pivotal moment. Standing at 5 feet 11 inches and weighing around 190 pounds, he brings a solid presence on the ice. Before all the spotlight, though, life looked a bit different.

Back then, he was just another student-athlete working hard at Bellerose Composite High School, where he completed his education. By the time he reached his senior year, he was already gaining recognition—representing Canada West at the 2019-20 World Junior A Challenge, a clear sign of things to come. Growing up in St. Albert, Canada, he lived with his family and shared the experience of childhood with his older brother; together, they formed a close-knit duo.

Now, as a rising talent linked to the New Jersey Devils, he continues to build on that foundation. From humble beginnings in St. Albert to college hockey and now professional aspirations, each step has shaped the player he’s becoming.
