Scott, better known by his stage name Scrim, is a talented DJ and songwriter who rose to prominence as one-half of the infamous rap duo \(uicideboy\). Alongside his partner, he helped shape the dark, gritty sound that defines their music, releasing numerous projects through their own label, G59 Records. One of their most notable works is the 21-part series titled Kill Your$elf, which showcases Scrim’s raw lyricism and intense delivery. Before gaining fame, Scott was already active in the online music scene, uploading tracks as early as November 2013. The first song ever released on the \(uicideBoy\) SoundCloud account was “\(moke a \)ack,” marking the beginning of what would become a powerful musical legacy. Born Scott Anthony Arceneaux Jr., he spent his formative years growing up in New Orleans, Louisiana—a city that deeply influenced his artistic voice. On a more personal note, Scrim married his longtime partner Sage in February 2025, a milestone moment in his life outside of music. Throughout his journey, Scrim has remained a central figure in the underground rap scene, consistently pushing boundaries with his work.
