Known to many as Big Hoss from the popular History Channel show Pawn Stars, he’s made a name for himself both on screen and behind the scenes. He shares ownership of Las Vegas’ iconic World Famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop with his father, Rick Harrison—a place that’s become almost as famous as the family itself. Long before the cameras started rolling, he was already deep in the business, starting at the young age of nine by helping out around his dad’s store. Over the years, he worked his way up, eventually becoming the manager and a key figure in day-to-day operations.
Family plays a big role in his life. He has a brother named Adam and a younger half-brother, Jake, making for a close-knit, if complicated, family dynamic. On the personal side, he once tied the knot with his high school sweetheart, Charlene, but after years together, they announced their divorce in 2015. Life moved forward, and in July 2017, he found love again, marrying Korina Harrison—a new chapter that fans have followed with genuine interest. Through it all, Big Hoss has remained a steady presence, balancing fame, family, and the fast-paced world of pawn.
He had gastric bypass surgery back in 2011, and since then, he’s made some really impressive progress. He went from weighing a whopping 405 pounds down to just under 270 pounds, which is a huge transformation. He definitely put in the effort, and it shows in the results he achieved over time. He can be proud of how far he’s come since the procedure.
