A competitive swimmer, he has proudly represented Great Britain at major international events, including the FINA World Aquatics Championships and the European Aquatics Championships. His main strengths lie in sprint freestyle and butterfly races, where his speed and technique truly shine. Before rising to prominence, he began his swimming journey at the Alice Smith School in Malaysia, where his talent started to emerge. He is the son of Nick and Sally Proud, and throughout his career, he’s carried their support with him every step of the way. As a dedicated athlete, he continues to push boundaries, showing time and again why he’s one of the notable names in British swimming today.
