She’s an artistic gymnast representing the Polish National Olympic Team, and her journey in competitive gymnastics began back in 2012 when she started participating in various regional and state championships. Before she gained recognition, her mom played a big role by enrolling her in a gymnastics program during preschool—something that sparked her lifelong passion for the sport. Her parents, Anna Supera-Kuc and Paul Kuc, supported her through every step of her athletic development. Although she was born in Canada, her upbringing took her across several countries and states, including Argentina, Brazil, Missouri, and eventually California, where she continued to train and grow as a gymnast. Even though she wasn’t a U.S. citizen, living in the United States made her realize the challenges of breaking into elite competitions there. She felt that, by competing for Poland, she faced less competition when aiming for a spot in the Olympics. It was a strategic decision, and one that allowed her to pursue her dreams more realistically.
